Billing FAQ

What exactly counts as a charge?

One credit is deducted only when the target page returned HTTP 200 to us and we delivered it to you. Every other outcome (403, 429, CAPTCHA pages served with non-200 codes, 5xx, timeouts, DNS or network errors) costs nothing and still appears in your usage log.

Do retries cost extra?

No. If we retry internally and the final result is a 200, you pay one credit. If every attempt fails, you pay zero.

What do I get back?

JSON with a request ID, the final URL, the status code, whether the attempt looked blocked, the rendered HTML, the number of attempts and timing.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits reset to your plan's allowance at the start of each billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Who handles payments and tax?

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, issues invoices and handles sales tax / VAT where applicable.

What can't I use it for?

Anything illegal or harmful, accessing content behind logins you aren't authorized to use, or violating a site's rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
