This policy is part of our Terms. It exists so PageLoadr stays useful, lawful and fair to the sites we visit and to other customers.
What you may do
Use PageLoadr for lawful purposes to load pages that anyone on the public internet can see without logging in, such as for price monitoring, research, search, archiving, testing or building products.
What you must not do
- Load pages behind a login, paywall or other access control unless you are authorized to access them, or get around technical measures that restrict access.
- Break any law, including laws on computer misuse, copyright, privacy and data protection (such as the Philippine Data Privacy Act, the Cybercrime Prevention Act, GDPR and CCPA), consumer protection, or export controls.
- Collect, sell or misuse personal data in ways that break data-protection law, or gather sensitive personal information without a lawful basis.
- Overload, attack or disrupt any website, including denial-of-service attacks or deliberately excessive request rates.
- Scan for vulnerabilities, test credentials, or probe systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
- Load or distribute child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or hate.
- Commit fraud, phishing, spam, ad fraud, or impersonation.
- Infringe intellectual property rights, or republish content you don't have the right to use.
- Resell, share or publish your API keys, or get around credits, rate limits or account limits, including by creating multiple free accounts.
- Try to reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to PageLoadr itself.
Respecting sites
Keep your request rates reasonable and honor requests from site owners to stop. We may block specific sites or requests at our discretion.
Enforcement
If we find or are told about a breach, we may block requests, revoke keys, or suspend or close the account, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. Where reasonable, we will contact you first.
To report abuse, or a security issue, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can, such as the time and the page affected.
