Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes refunds back to your original payment method.
You never pay for pages that don't load
Credits are used only for pages that load successfully. Blocked, failed or timed-out requests are always free, so you don't need to ask for a refund for them. If you believe a credit was used for a page that didn't load, email us with the request reference from your dashboard and we will restore the credit.
Refunds for subscriptions
- First payment: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
- Renewals: you can ask for a refund within 14 days of a renewal charge if you have used less than 10% of that period's credits.
- Service problems: if a fault on our side stopped you from using the Service for a significant part of a billing period, we will offer a fair partial refund or extra credits.
- Your statutory consumer rights, such as EU and UK withdrawal rights, apply where they give you more than this policy.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and will not renew. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; ask for a refund under the rules above.
When we may refuse
We may refuse refunds where an account was suspended for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or where refunds are being abused.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net. Approved refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
