These Terms govern your use of PageLoadr (the "Service"), operated by Fyntra Technologies, Inc., Purok 3, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City, Philippines ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms.

1. The Service

PageLoadr is an API that loads publicly accessible web pages in real browsers, through rotating proxies, and returns the result to you as structured data. Sites change, block automated access or go offline, so we can't promise that any particular page will load.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate account information.
  • Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Revoke a key in your dashboard immediately if you think it was exposed, and tell us at [email protected].
  • One free account per person. Creating accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.

3. Credits and billing

  • Plans include a number of credits per billing period. One credit is used only for a page that loads successfully and is delivered to you. Blocked, failed or timed-out requests are always free, including any automatic retries we make for you.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next period and have no cash value.
  • Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoices, and sales tax or VAT, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to load publicly accessible pages, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. You are responsible for how you use the content you retrieve, including copyright, database rights, privacy and data-protection law, and the terms of the sites you access.

5. Fair use and limits

We apply rate limits and may slow, pause or block requests to protect the Service and other customers. We will tell you if your account is affected, unless doing so would undermine an investigation or break the law.

6. Your content and data

You keep all rights in the URLs you submit and the results you receive. You give us the permission we need to process them to run the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, website, documentation, software and the PageLoadr name and logo belong to Fyntra Technologies, Inc.. These Terms do not grant you any right to them except to use the Service as described.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice and you may cancel.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that fail to pay, or where the law requires us to. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or availability of any third-party page or content returned by the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from third-party claims caused by your breach of these Terms or by your unlawful use of the Service or of content you retrieve with it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts in Butuan City have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep any mandatory protections of your local law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email you or show a notice in your dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
